How I work

Most requests arrive incomplete. People describe what they want, then turn out to have a PRD or research they never mentioned. I gather what exists, find who knows the users best, and map the work until the real gap shows.

When I'm not designing

Most Sundays I'm painting, losing track of time. I plan trips like small research projects, digging into the history and food, but leaving room to get lost. Lately I'm learning Italian and building houses in Sims 4.
